Custom Development Services

Payment Structure

As outlined in our standard service agreements, payments for custom development projects are typically structured in milestone-based installments:

  1. Initial payment upon project commencement
  2. Subsequent payments upon completion of predefined project milestones
  3. Final payment upon project completion and delivery

Refund Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our development services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced on a particular phase or milestone. However, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant consideration for partial refunds:

Termination by Client

If you choose to terminate a project before completion, as per our standard agreement:

  • You may be required to pay for all services rendered up to the effective termination date
  • Previously paid installments for completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Payments for partially completed milestones may be prorated based on the percentage of work completed

Termination Due to Breach

If we fail to deliver the services as specified in our agreement and are unable to remedy the situation within the timeframe specified in our contract (typically ten business days after written notice), you may be eligible for a refund for the incomplete portion of the project.

Project Delays

In the event of significant delays caused by our team that breach the timeline specified in the service agreement, you may have the right to terminate the agreement and request a partial refund for incomplete work.

Consultation and Support Services

For hourly consultation, maintenance, or support services:

  • Scheduled but unused consultation hours may be eligible for a refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance
  • Services already rendered are non-refundable

Hosting and Recurring Services

For any hosting, maintenance, or subscription-based services:

  • Prorated refunds may be provided for the unused portion of prepaid services if terminated according to the terms of the service agreement
  • Setup fees and initial configuration costs are non-refundable

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit your request in writing to info@fexermedia.com
  2. Include your project details, reason for the refund request, and relevant documentation
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding refunds:

  1. We will first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication
  2. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute resolution process outlined in your service agreement will apply, typically involving arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
